This comprehensive Level 2 course is based on the principles of HACCP (hazard analysis and critical control point) legislation and will provide training in the 8 key areas of focus necessary to establish and maintain proper food safety and hygiene which help to protect against food contamination and foodborne illness.

This course is approved by RoSPA and CPD. It meets UK/EU legal requirements and is recommended for all food service facilities and caterers.
